The basis of this Imported Italian sauce is a fiery southern Italian hot pepper that has been married with fresh garlic for an intense flavor packed in extra virgin olive oil.  Ideally added to more extra virgin olive oil as a simple sauce for thick ribboned fettuccine.  this sauce has a variety of uses including a bruschetta topping, additive to a tomato based sacue or even as a stuffing for poultry, fish , or vegetables.
