Strawberry Balsamic Tiramisu

One of Italy's most renown desserts gets a seasonal spin with our balsamic glaze reduction and fresh, summer strawberries. Try this new take on tiramisu—you won't be disappointed! Ingredients:
Directions:In a small bowl, combine preserves, balsamic glaze and orange juice. Whisk to combine. In a separate large bowl, beat cream, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer to form peaks. Introduce mascarpone cheese and fold to combine. Spread 1/2 cup of the preserve mixture over the bottom of a deep, 13- by 9-inch baking dish. Next, arrange lady fingers to cover preserves. (There may be extra leftover from the package.) Spread 3/4 cup of preserve mixture atop the lady fingers, then top with mascarpone and cream mixture. Top with sliced strawberries, then cover and chill for at least 8 hours for lady fingers to soften. *Note: we used small glasses for individual servings. Serves 9 |
