  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar glaze
  • 2 bananas, sliced into ½” round pieces
  • 112 ounces Greek vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup walnuts, crushed to small pieces
  • ½ cup granola
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt (optional)

  • In a skillet, heat canola oil and 2 tablespoons of glaze over medium-high heat.
  • Place banana slices in skillet with oil and glaze. Sauté both sides for 3-4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Transfer bananas to a parchment-lined baking sheet and cool for 10-15 minutes.
  • In a glass (we used a stemless wine glass), layer the yogurt, walnuts, bananas and granola. Repeat layering until glass is full.
