Ingredients

2 tablespoons DeLallo Simply Pesto® Traditional Basil Sauce
2 tablespoons DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pound Fresh Mozzarella, cubed
1 pound cherry tomatoes (or any firm tomatoes cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 cup fresh basil leaves
Wooden skewer sticks

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together pesto and olive oil.
Gently toss mozzarella and tomatoes in the bowl. Coat with pesto mixture.
Skewer pesto marinated tomatoes and mozzarella with fresh basil leaves.
