Pesto Peas with Pancetta

  1. In a large saucepan, heat oil on a medium setting.
  2. Add garlic and cook until almost golden.
  3. Discard garlic and add pancetta. Sauté until browned, about 7 minutes.
  4. Stir in peas and cook until warmed, about 5 minutes. Toss with pesto and serve topped with freshly grated Parmigiano.
