  1. Create dressing first. In a mixing bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the vinegar, oregano and lemon. Slowly whisk in olive oil to incorporate. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. In a large serving bowl, combine all salad ingredients but the feta. Add dressing and gently toss to coat.
  3. Gently fold in feta with a spatula and serve.
