  • Preheat airfryer to 390 degrees F and lightly grease the basket.
  • In a medium bowl, add the melted butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, ½ tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Stir to combine. Add the gnocchi, breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
  • Add the seasoned gnocchi to the basket and cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy on the outside, but tender on the inside.
  • Meanwhile, make the dipping sauce. Add the tomatoes, remaining Italian seasoning salt and pepper to a medium. Stir well with a spoon or use an immersion blender to combine.
  • Remove the gnocchi from the airfryer and place on a serving plate. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley and serve with the dipping sauce.
