Ingredients

One (1) tomato, beefsteak or heirloom varieties preferably
One (1) ball of fresh mozzarella (approx 8 oz.)
Three tbsp. of DeLallo Italian Olive Tapenade
Basil, for garnishing

Directions

Slice tomato into one inch thick patties.
Starting with tomato, alternate layers of tomato and mozzarella slathering tapenade between each layer.
Garnish with fresh basil.
