Ingredients

2 cucumbers, seeded and peeled
1 pint plain Greek yogurt, or thoroughly drained plain yogurt
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon DeLallo Golden Sweet Balsamic-Style Vinegar
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh, minced dill
Pepper

Directions

Grate cucumber and toss with salt. Drain as much juice from cucumber as possible using a cheesecloth or towel.
In a large bowl, mix yogurt and grated cucumber; combine with sour cream, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled.
