Pesto Dressing

This dressing is just as delicious as it is versatile: drizzle it on pasta salads, use it as a marinade for chicken and fish, or simply toss some with a mix of your favorite fresh greens to make a tasty salad.

  1. Whisk the pesto and golden vinegar together in a small bowl until well combined. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly until fully incorporated. Continue to whisk for an additional 1 to 2 minutes. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Let the dressing sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavor to develop.
