- 2 cups of your favorite olives
- 1 cup of your favorite antipasti
- 1/2 cup DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- Preheat oven to 425˚F.
- On a large baking sheet, toss your olive and antipasti favorites in olive oil to coat. Top with lemon slices and sprinkle with herbs. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
