4 ounces crumbled feta cheese, plus more for serving
2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for pasta. Cook pasta according to package instruction. Drain, reserving 1 cup of starchy pasta-cooking water to finish sauce.
In the meantime, heat oil and garlic in a large saucepan on a medium-high setting. Just as garlic begins to soften and turn golden, add artichokes, olives, tomatoes and capers to the pan. Mix well to coat in garlicky oil. Cook together for 3-5 minutes, just to warm ingredients.
Stir in hot pasta, feta and basil. Slowly introduce hot pasta-cooking water to the pan, a little at a time, to reach desired consistency. Cook together for another 2 minutes to marry flavors.
