Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Coat a large baking sheet with a layer of olive oil. In a shallow bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 5 tablespoons mustard and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. In a separate dish, mix breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Coat each drumstick with wet mixture, dredge in breadcrumbs and arrange on baking sheet.
Bake until cooked through, about 45 minutes.
Dipping sauce: combine remaining mayonnaise and mustard, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
