Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup DeLallo Simply Pesto® Traditional Basil Sauce
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
To serve
Raw green beans, multicolor cherry tomatoes, snap peas, carrots and radishes
Sea Salt
DeLallo Pitted Castelvetrano Olives
Sourdough, sliced, or crunchy breadsticks
Herb-crusted or plain chevre
Sprouts, edible flowers, fresh basil and mint leaves, for garnish

Directions

Add yogurt to a medium bowl. Fold in pesto, lemon juice and mint until smooth. This can be prepped a day or two ahead and chilled in a sealed container.
When ready to serve, spoon herby yogurt into a small dish and have a large platter or board ready for assembly. Slice carrots and radishes in half; arrange these on the platter along with green beans, tomatoes and snap peas. Sprinkle the cut vegetables with a little sea salt. Add a few slices of sourdough and crumbled chevre. Adorn the platter with sprouts, flowers and extra herbs.
