INGREDIENTS
- 12 DeLallo Pepperazzi™ Peppers, drained
- ½ cup Marcona almonds
- Filling:
- 8 ounces soft goat cheese
- 2 heaping tablespoons of sour cream
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon fresh chopped oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 sprig thyme, discard stem
DIRECTIONS
- Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
