Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp, shelled & deveined
3 tablespoons DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons DeLallo Lemon Juice Plus
DeLallo Sea Salt
Ground black pepper
2/3 cup softened butter
2/3 cup DeLallo Hot & Spicy Breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon fresh chopped Italian parsley

Directions

Preheat oven to 450˚F.
Toss shrimp with oil, garlic and lemon in a shallow baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine butter, breadcrumbs and parsley.
Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over shrimp. Bake until breadcrumbs are golden and shrimp is pink, about 12 minutes.
