  • Preheat oven to 400˚F. Prepare gnocchi according to package instruction.
  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a saucepan. Once hot, add garlic and tomatoes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add marinara sauce and cook until bubbling and tomatoes begin to burst.
  • Remove from heat. Add heavy cream, kale and gnocchi to the pan. Gently stir to coat.
  • Transfer half of mix to baking dish. Add ½ of mozzarella, basil and Parmesan cheese. Add the remaining mixture and top with remaining cheeses and basil.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling. Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes. Optional to garnish with more Parmesan cheese and basil.
