Grill up those sweet summer peaches for a smoky, caramelized flavor. Grilled peaches are the perfect complement to herby pesto and creamy burrata. Top it off with flakes of sweet, nutty almonds. Mangia!

  1. Spray grill grates with nonstick spray. Preheat grill on a medium setting.
  2. Grill peaches flesh-side down until softened and charred, about 3 minutes.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together pesto and extra virgin olive oil. Set aside.
  4. Remove peaches from heat and arrange on a serving dish. Top with burrata cheese and fresh arugula. Drizzle with pesto mixture. Sprinkle sliced almonds.
