
Pepperazzi & Chicken White Garlic Pizza
Take pizza to another level with our favorite sweet and spicy pepper—the Pepperazzi™. This zesty pepper is perfect for pairing with creamy cheeses, making it the perfect pizza topping.
INGREDIENTS
- DeLallo Italian Pizza Dough Kit
- 3 tablespoons DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- DeLallo Sea Salt Grinder and black pepper
- 2 breasts grilled chicken, sliced or chopped
- 5 DeLallo Pepperazzi™ Peppers, halved
- Handful fresh spinach leaves, torn
- 8 ounces ricotta
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare DeLallo Pizza Dough Kit according to package directions. Let rise for 45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- Once dough is prepared and rolled out into a circle, brush with olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange chicken, Pepperazzi™ and spinach evenly atop crust. Top with ricotta cheese.
- On a pizza stone, non-stick baking sheet or wire rack, cook pizza for 17-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and cool before slicing.
