Directions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1 1/2 cups of hot pasta water.
  • Return pasta to the pot. Stir in pesto. Continuing to stir, slowly add reserved pasta water until you get a desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately topped with grated Parmigiano.
