  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add onion and sauté until golden-brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add Passata and cook for 5 minutes. Then turn heat to low and simmer until the mixture thickens to a jam-like consistency, about 20-minutes.
  4. Serve over toasted bread, on pasta or with your favorite grilled meat.
