Preheat oven to 325˚F. Line a 13” x 9” rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the applesauce, fig spread, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Stir in the oats and mix to coat. Once all oats are wet, mix in the almonds and dried fruit.
Turn the mixture out into the pan and press to pack tightly and evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to the freezer to cool. Once the bars are firm, about 1 hour, remove from the pan and cut into bars. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
