  1. Prepare the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Add the Pomodoro Fresco sauce to a pan and heat over low-medium heat.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook garlic over medium-low heat until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add tomatoes and broccolini and sauté until tomatoes start to blister and the broccolini chars, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. Use a large bowl to combine gnocchi, vegetables and sauce. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
