  • Preheat oven to 325˚F. Place oven rack in the lower-middle of the oven.
  • Trim large pieces of fat from pork. Season meat with salt and pepper. Brush with marmalade and then balsamic glaze. Be sure pork is coated evenly on all sides.
  • Place pork roast in Dutch oven. Pour broth around the base of the pork. Heat pork on the stovetop over medium-high heat until liquid is simmering.
  • Cover and place in the oven. Cook for 2-4 hours until tender and cooked through.
  • Transfer pork to a cutting board and allow to rest 15-20 minutes until serving.
