  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • Melt the butter in a large saute pan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes, until fragrant.
  • Add the sun-dried tomatoes and Calabrian chili peppers and saute for a further 2 to 3 minutes until soft.
  • Remove from the heat and add the heavy cream along with the Parmigiano and mozzarella. Stir until the cheese has fully melted into the mixture.
  • Transfer cooked pasta into the sauce. Plate and top with chopped parsley.
