
Crispy Air Fryer Artichoke Hearts with Yogurt Mint Dipping Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- Artichokes:
- 2 (12-ounce) jars DeLallo Marinated Artichokes
- 1 teaspoon DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Saviola Imported Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. Wedge, grated
- Yogurt Mint Dipping Sauce:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Zest and juice of one lemon
- 4 DeLallo Anchovy Fillets, minced
DIRECTIONS
- Drain artichoke hearts and place in a bowl and toss to coat with the olive oil, lemon pepper spice and salt.
- Place the artichoke hearts in an air fryer basket and cook on 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden and fork tender.
- Meanwhile, prepare the dip by combining the yogurt, mint, garlic, lemon zest and juice and anchovies.
- Remove the artichoke hearts from the basket, top with Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and serve with the dip. Garnish with lemon wedges.
