Fusilli Marinara with Chicken & Toasted Garlic Breadcrumbs

We introduce garlicky sautéed chicken to this easy-to-prepare pasta dish starring our tangy, robust Pomodoro Fresco Marinara Sauce. Then we top it off with toasty crispy breadcrumbs for an added dimension of delicious.

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instruction. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, in a large sauce, heat oil on a medium setting. Once hot, add garlic and sauté until just golden and fragrant. Remove and discard cloves.
  • Cook chicken breasts in garlicky oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a plate and cut chicken into 1-inch (bite-sized) pieces. Return chicken to the pan.
  • Add pasta sauce to the pan and cook until warmed. Stir in hot pasta and cook together for another 2 minutes to marry flavors.
  • Serve topped with toasted breadcrumbs, fresh Parmigiano and torn basil.
