Ingredients

1/2 DeLallo Pizza Dough Kit, prepared
1 cup DeLallo Italian Crushed Tomatoes
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup chopped Italian parsley
DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of dried oregano
Salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat oven at 400˚F. Grease a large baking sheet with vegetable shortening.
Place the dough in the baking sheet and spread evenly, leaving the edges thicker to form a crust. Top dough with tomatoes. Then, top with peppers, garlic and parsley. Drizzle pizza with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until pizza is cooked through and crust has turned golden brown.
