  • In a small bowl, whisk together the golden balsamic vinegar, vinegar glaze, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. While whisking, introduce olive oil in a slow steady stream.
  • Place cabbage, onion and cranberries in a large serving bowl.
  • Spiralize the apples and carrots. If you don’t have a Spiralizer, you can use a food processor or mandolin to shred the produce. Add to the bowl.
  • Add the cranberries.
  • Add dressing to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate. Allow the coleslaw to rest for 15 minutes or more to develop flavors.
