Three Cheese Pizza with Two Sauces

DIRECTIONS

  1. Make the pizza dough according to the package directions.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 500°F.
  3. Make the basil vinaigrette by combining all of the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend for 60 seconds until very smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. Serve immediately. Or you can refrigerate the vinaigrette for up to 3-5 days.
  5. Stretch out the pizza dough using your hands in a circular motion, then lay it on a pizza pan and flatten it out using a rolling pin. If you have a pizza peel, sprinkle some flour on it and place the stretched out dough on the peel.
  6. Once the dough is flat and ready to be heated, use a spoon to spread the pizza sauce and basil vinaigrette all around the dough leaving a little bit for the crust. Top with the mozzarella and goat cheese
  7. Put the pizza in the oven and bake for 12-14 min., until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. After the pizza is cooked, pull out the pizza and tear the burrata into pieces and place on top. Top with basil, salt, and red pepper flakes. Cut into 6-8 slices and serve immediately.
