  • On a large plate, or two plates, arrange Romaine halves with insides facing up. Scatter cheese, olives and peppers on top.
  • To create dressing: In a mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. In a slow, steady stream, add olive oil and whisk until incorporated. Drizzle salad with dressing.
