1 lb. uncooked red shrimp, cleaned, peeled and deveined
Bunch fresh chives, chopped
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add ravioli and cook according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil and butter in a large heavy-bottomed skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until aromatic, about 3-4 minutes.
Add bacon, capers and jalapeno to the skillet and sauté until bacon renders and becomes crisp, about 10-12 minutes.
Add bruschetta and shrimp to the skillet. Continue cooking for about 3 minutes, until shrimp is translucent and cooked through. Add ravioli to the shrimp mixture, stir gently to combine, and serve with chopped chives.
