INGREDIENTS
8 oz. broccoli florets
2 containers DeLallo Garlic & Herb Veggie Marinade, divided
salt + pepper
1 lb. DeLallo Organic Whole Wheat Fusilli, cooked according to package instructions
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (or Vegan Parmesan for dairy-free option!)
DIRECTIONS
Toss your broccoli in 1 veggie marinade in a large bowl. Season with a pinch each salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until caramelized and tender. Keep it moving to prevent burning.
Place your warm, cooked pasta in a large bowl. Toss with the leftover veggie marinade. Top with cooked broccoli and parmesan cheese. Enjoy hot or cold!
