  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the prosciutto in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy. Transfer prosciutto to paper-towel-lined plate to cool. Once cooled, crumble and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain pasta.
  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the fig spread, chicken broth, orange juice, salt and pepper. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in cheeses and lemon zest until sauce thickens.
  • Toss hot pasta with the sauce and stir until well coated.
  • Serve topped with crumbled prosciutto.
