Garden Tortellini Pasta Salad

Cheesy stuffed tortellini stars in this vibrant picnic pasta salad alongside a myriad of crisp and colorful veggies. This recipe is sure to be the talk of your next backyard barbecue!

LEVEL: Super Simple

INGREDIENTS

1 (8.8-ounce) package DeLallo Three-Cheese Tortellini
1/2 jar (6 ounces) DeLallo Roasted Red Peppers, drained & thinly sliced
1 1/2 cup corn kernels
1 zucchini, sliced then quartered
1 cup halved golden cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 cup DeLallo Herb Dijon Dressing

DIRECTIONS

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions, about 14 minutes. Drain and allow pasta to cool.
In the meantime, place salad ingredients in a large serving bowl. Gently toss with cooled pasta. Add dressing and toss again to coat.
