These Lemony Baked Olives are the perfect whole food snack. It’s a simple recipe that requires only a handful of ingredients, and satisfies all of those salty, fatty cravings beautifully.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drain and rinse your olives. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and season with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until warm. Place in a large serving bowl and cover with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice and a bit more salt to taste. Serve immediately.
