I’m familiar with the DeLallo family of products as I grew up enjoying their unbeatable pizza at the original Rt30 location. The instant espresso is wonderful and is perfect for my tiramisu. It gave our Chocolate Cake a wonderful coffee flavor. But it really shines in the frosting. Nobody could get enough of that great espresso flavor. Seriously!!!
My husband doesn't like our coffee too strong but I use this to add an extra "kick" to my own cup and we're both happy! Would love to see an individually wrapped straw, much like Starbucks individually wrapped coffee packets, but if not, this will still make me happy! I've also used this in brownie and smoothie recipes when I want the chocolate flavor to have more zing! Thanks!
