  1. Pulse peppers, garlic, honey and tomato paste in a food processor until it forms a sauce consistency. Set aside.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Once pasta cooks to an al dente texture, drain. Reserve 1 cup hot pasta water for finishing sauce.
  3. Meanwhile in a saucepan, heat olive oil on a medium setting. Add fresh tomatoes. Sauté until they just begin to cook down and soften. Stir in chili pepper sauce.
  4. Add hot pasta and add hot pasta water a little at a time until desired consistency. Stir in Romano until sauce becomes creamy. Just before removing from heat, stir in parsley.
