Cannellini Bean Spread Crostini

  • Bean Spread:
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth. Taste for seasoning and add more lemon or salt if needed.
  • Heat oven to 400°F. Slice bread and drizzle with olive oil on both sides. Bake for 10 minutes or until bread is golden brown.
  • Smear bean spread on each toast and add toppings.
  • Toppings:
  • Roasted Tomatoes, Olives and Thyme
  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Combine tomatoes, olives, oil, salt, and thyme in a large bowl. Spread tomato mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the tomatoes start to blister.
  • Remove from oven and top toasts.
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Grilled Artichokes
  • Combine ingredients in a bowl and top toasts as desired.
  • DeLallo Oil Cured Pitted Olives
  • Top toasts as desired.
