Ingredients

½ cup butter
1 ½ cups heavy cream
2 teaspoons DeLallo Fine Chopped Garlic in Water
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup freshly grated DeLallo Parmesan Cheese
1 cup freshly grated DeLallo Asiago Cheese
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 (1-pound) package DeLallo Farfalle Pasta
4 slices thick-cut bacon, diced
2 chicken breasts
4 ounces fresh spinach
1 cup shredded DeLallo Domestic Provolone Cheese

Directions

Make Alfredo sauce by adding butter and cream to a large skillet. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes. Whisk in the garlic, salt and pepper and cook for one minute. Remove from heat and whisk in cheeses and sour cream.
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Grease a 13-by-9-inch casseole dish.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan oven medium-high heat, cook bacon. Once it begins to crisp, about 3 minutes, remove from pan and set aside.
Cook chicken in oil from bacon until browned on each side and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Remove chicken from heat and carefully shred. Add spinach to the pan. Cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Add bacon, chicken and cooked pasta to the pan. Stir in Alfredo sauce. Salt to taste.
Transfer pasta to casserole dish. Sprinkle evenly with shredded provolone. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese bubbles and top browns.
