Gnocchi with Artichoke Bruschetta Sauce

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add Bruschetta and cook until warm, about 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add gnocchi to pan and stir to combine. Serve on plates and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.
