  • Cook the gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add Bruschetta and cook until warm, about 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add gnocchi to pan and stir to combine. Serve on plates and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.
