Directions

  • Heat up the grill to the highest setting and allow it to get hot for several minutes. Place the naan on the gril and allow them to char for about 30 seconds. Remove from the grill and turn the heat down to medium.
  • On each flatbread, spread 2 tablespoons Pomodoro Fresco Sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges. Top with 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese. Carefully place the flatbreads back on the grill and close the lid. Cook for 7 minutes and remove from the heat.
  • Sprinkle basil on top of each flatbread and then drizzle with balsamic glaze. Serve immediately.
