Ingredients

2 pieces of naan bread
2 tablespoons DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling
8 ounces burrata cheese, divided
1 (9.88-ounce) jar DeLallo Italian Tomato Bruschetta
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Chopped fresh herbs (we used fennel fronds and celery leaves)

Directions

Brush each flatbread with olive oil. Using a grill or grill pan, heat naan until it begins to crisp and brown. Remove from heat.
Place 4 ounces of Burrata on each naan bread and spread with a spoon.
Top bread with bruschetta, pepper flakes and herbs.
Drizzle with oil and serve.
