Your favorite sweet summer corn gets an Italian-style upgrade with herbaceous basil pesto and sweet golden balsamic.

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat grill. Place corn on the grill, turning to a new side every few minutes until steaming hot and tender, about 12 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, pesto, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer corn to a serving plate. Brush corn with pesto mixture. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
