  • First, prep the glass: Place 1 tablespoon celery salt in a small shallow dish. Rub the rim of a tall (12-ounce) glass with the lemon wedge. Coat wet rim with celery salt. Add celery stalk. Fill with ice, as desired.
  • Create an antipasti skewer to your taste with any combination of stuffed olives, marinated peppers, bacon, shrimp, cheese, and radishes. Have fun with it!
  • Now it’s time to make the Bloody Mary. Combine in the glass vodka, passata, horseradish, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, citrus juices, and 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt.
  • Stir to mix well.
  • Finish with a skewer of antipasti and Stuffed Pequillo Peppers (see directions below).
