Loaded Bloody Mary

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. First, prep the glass: Place 1 tablespoon celery salt in a small shallow dish. Rub the rim of a tall (12-ounce) glass with the lemon wedge. Coat wet rim with celery salt. Add celery stalk. Fill with ice, as desired.
  2. Create an antipasti skewer to your taste with any combination of stuffed olives, marinated peppers, bacon, shrimp, cheese, and radishes. Have fun with it!
  3. Now it’s time to make the Bloody Mary. Combine in the glass vodka, passata, horseradish, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, citrus juices, and 1/2 teaspoon of celery salt.
  4. Stir to mix well.
  5. Finish with a skewer of antipasti and Stuffed Pequillo Peppers (see directions below).
