Ingredients: 3 (12-ounce) jars DeLallo Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained; 1/2 cup DeLallo Pitted Seasoned Olives Jubilee; 1/2 large green pepper, chopped; 1/4 large red onion, thinly sliced; 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes; 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese; 2 tablespons DeLallo Red Wine Vinegar; 1/4 cup DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano; Zest of 1 lemon; Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients

3 (12-ounce) jars DeLallo Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained
1/2 cup DeLallo Pitted Seasoned Olives Jubilee
1/2 large green pepper, chopped
1/4 large red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespons DeLallo Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Create dressing first. In a mixing bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the vinegar, oregano and lemon. Slowly whisk in olive oil to incorporate. Salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
In a large serving bowl, combine all salad ingredients but the feta. Add dressing and gently toss to coat.
Gently fold in feta with a spatula and serve.

Can the Gluten-Free Sweet Pea Bacon Gnocchi Mac & Cheese be made in advance and reheated? If so How?

Hi Carol! Great question! We would not recommend making this in advance and then reheat to serve. It is fine to reheat as a leftover, but if serving for dinner or entertaining, it is best to make and serve right away! Although, if you're looking to save a little time, you could make the bacon in advance and store it in a sealed container until you're ready to prepare the rest of the recipe.

In the Gnocchi all’Amatriciana recipe, there is no sausage in the ingredients list or in the instructions until the very end when it is mentioned in #5 "Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet with the Amatriciana sauce. Stir to combine, adding some of the reserved pasta water to the skillet as needed to help the sauce coat the gnocchi & sausage." Bought the ingredients from list, but this will definitely be a different dish without that key ingredient. Too late for this time, but what are the cooking steps and what type of sausage?
