Ingredients

  • 4 ounces fresh baby spinach
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 ounces dried cherries
  • 1 ½ cups raw pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • DeLallo Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine spinach and Romaine lettuce.
  • Add cherries, pecans and onion. Toss.
  • Divide into bowls or arrange on a platter. Top with chicken strips and blue cheese.
  • Serve with balsamic vinaigrette.
