Directions

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan.
  • Brush Romaine hearts with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill Romaine hearts, about 4 minutes per side. Romaine should be tender and slightly warm with grill marks. Transfer Romaine to a serving platter.
  • Sprinkle Romaine with blue cheese, cherries and pecans. Serve drizzled with olive oil and balsamic glaze, to taste.
