  • Shrimp and Prosciutto Skewers
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least an hour, ideally overnight.
  • Heat grill on high heat.
  • Tear some of the Prosciutto into thin strips and wrap around the shrimp.
  • Thread the shrimp onto a wooden skewer, drizzle the finished skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill over high heat for about 3 minutes each side and serve.
  • Large Shrimp Skewers
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least an hour, ideally overnight.
  • Heat grill on high heat.
  • Place the shrimp in a bowl and add the olive oil and seasoning and toss well to combine to coat the shrimp.
  • Thread shrimp onto skewers and cook over high heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve.
  • Marinated Skirt Steak Skewers
  • Soak wooden skewers in water for at least an hour, ideally overnight.
  • Slice the skirt steak onto small pieces and transfer to a bowl.
  • Add about 1 1/2 cups of the Hot Pepper Garlic and mix well. Cover and marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Heat grill on high heat. Once the grill is ready, thread the pieces of steak onto the skewers.
  • Cook over a high heat grill for about 4 mintues per side. Serve.
