Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In an ovenproof dish, add the crushed tomatoes, oil, oregano, thyme and pepper flakes. Mix well.
  • Place feta in the tomato mixture. Arrange the olives and roasted tomatoes around the feta. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately with toasted bread or your favorite crackers.
